6th grade Sunday School Party

Hey guys!  We had a great time tonight at our pool party.  The young people kept me in stitches all night.  Never a dull moment. I am attaching some pictures.  I hope to see all of you in SS.  Make sure to invite your friends to come!  You know SS is a blast!!!!   See you soon!

First Blogger!

Ok well here we go! The new blog is up and running! I told Allen I would be the first since blogging was my "thing". :) I am really excited about this fresh start we are begining with Sunday School. Like Allen said, if we can grow Sunday School we can grow the youth group. It was fantastic to have around 66 people in Sunday School the first Sunday after we got together! Rick and I had standing room only in our class! A total of 31 people to be exact! PTL! It was awesome! I really believe we need to get rid of the bad rap that SS has gotten over the years as boring and being that part of church were youth are only there becase their parents drug them there! We have the ability to make it fun and relevant and I believe if we accomplish that then we will have steady numbers. So this is my 2 cents! I hope that you all will use this blog to share anything you would like. It is a great place to share thoughts and accomplishments, pictures and funny things that have happened with your group. It will also be a place were the youth can come to and see what is coming up and share with there friends all the neat stuff we are doing in SS! So please join me in the bloggers world!
